These terms apply to vector-array.store and to financial planning consultations offered by Vector Array Family Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID: 0105839556665), 42/7, Huay Kaew Road, Mueang Chiang Mai, 50300 Chiang Mai, Thailand.

1. Services

We provide education savings planning and broader family financial planning consultations. Deliverables may include checklists, scenario notes, and action memos. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not execute trades, hold client funds, or act as a licensed securities broker.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Financial markets and school fee policies change. We do not guarantee returns, admission results, scholarship awards, or specific savings balances. You remain responsible for decisions you implement.

3. Your information

You agree to provide accurate information for planning purposes. You must not submit unlawful content via /api/inquiry or other channels.

4. Fees and payment

Consultation fees are quoted after scope confirmation. Payment terms are stated on invoices or booking confirmations. Paid engagements are subject to our Refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

Site content is owned by us or used with permission. You may print materials for household use but may not republish them commercially without consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on planning materials. Our aggregate liability for a paid consultation is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chiang Mai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
