Refund policy

Vector Array Family Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID: 0105839556665) offers paid financial planning consultations. This policy explains refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to consultation fees paid directly to us for scheduled sessions. Third-party costs (travel you incur, school application fees, products you purchase elsewhere) are not refundable by us.
Cancellation by you
- More than 72 hours before the scheduled start: full refund of prepaid fees, or one free reschedule within 60 days.
- 24–72 hours before: 50% refund or full credit toward a rescheduled session within 90 days.
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund; we may offer credit at our discretion.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.
Work already started
If you request a refund after we have delivered a written memo or completed more than half of the booked session time, only the unused portion is refundable, if any.
Deposits
Non-refundable deposits, if required for your booking, will be stated on the invoice. Otherwise, deposits follow the same windows above.
How to request a refund
Email info@vector-array.store or call +66-53-218-746 with your name, session date, and payment reference. We aim to process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law where applicable.
